Gerrald (Jerry) Silverman

Jerry has extensive executive-level management background in brand building and organizational development, including strategic understanding of the consumer experience within retail industries. Jerry founded Jammen82 LLC (a management consulting firm) in 2019 and serves as the principal of the firm.

Previously, Jerry served as the CEO/president of the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) and as president/CEO of Foundation for Jewish Camp (FJC). Jerry has also held a range of executive positions at the Stride Rite Corp. of Boston and at Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco, CA.  

Jerry has served on the board of directors of Weis Markets for many years. He is currently chairman of the compensation committee and has served as chairman of the audit committee. Jerry also serves as a director on the board of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, Gann Academy, and the Secure Community Network. From 1999 -2004, Jerry served as chair of Camp Ramah New England (CRNE). Jerry and his wife Erica have five children, all of whom were (CRNE) campers and staff members.
