Upcoming: January 4-7, 2024 at Ramah California

Weinstein is the National Ramah Commission's signature counselor training and leadership program for incoming senior counselors. Participants work with Ramah directors and senior staff to hone critical skills, enhance programming, and share best practices from across the Ramah movement.

Upcoming: May 19-22, 2024 at Ramah Nyack

Winer is our signature training program for first-time and vatik (veteran) rashei edot. Participants gain intensive training in preparation for their roles as leaders, educators, supervisors, and care providers.

The annual orientation session for 300+ new Israeli staff members held annually at Kibbutz Shefayim in conjunction with The Jewish Agency for Israel. This conference brings together a cohort of year-round Ramah professionals to train and welcome Israeli shlichim for the upcoming kayitz.

Maslul Yisrael convenes a group of returning Ramah staff as they utilize Jewish texts, values, and ideas to explore how Israel fits into their North American Jewish identities. Maslul Yisrael Fellows develop tools and frameworks to foster substantive and compelling educational experiences about Israel at camp. In partnership with the Shalom Hartman Institute, and supported by The Immerman Foundation.

Maslul Argentina combines working at a Jewish summer camp outside of Buenos Aires, meaningful service in the historic Jewish communities of Entre Rios, and time in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires, home to the largest Jewish community in Latin America. A partnership with Shalom Corps, supported by the Morton M. & Miriam Steinberg International Travel Fellowship and The Immerman Foundation.
